Our Service provides a tool to download publicly available video thumbnails. This service is intended for personal and non-commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the downloaded content complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the video platforms.

You agree not to use the downloaded thumbnails for any purpose that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others. The thumbnails are the property of their respective owners (the content creators).

3. Free and Pro Plans

The Service offers a free tier (2 downloads per day) and a Pro plan ($4.99 one-time payment for lifetime unlimited access). By purchasing the Pro plan:

• You receive a license key for unlimited downloads and bulk ZIP export
• The license is valid for the lifetime of the product
• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy — we do not store payment details
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the Pro features

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ThumbGrab and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ThumbGrab makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ThumbGrab or its owners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
